Terms of governing your use for mobile and handheld devices. The Website and the app are fully referred to as a platform where you will easily place an order. But while placing an order with us please read these Terms of Use carefully before you use the services. If you or any other person will do not agree to these Terms of Use, then you are not able to use the services on the Platform.

On our Platform between participating restaurants, merchants and buyers are dealing with a portion of prepared food and beverages, consumer goods, and other products and services. Here buyers can choose and place orders from a variety of products and services that are listed on our platform and offered for sale by various merchants including but not limited to the restaurants.

We are making delivery of such orders or completion of orders at select localities of serviceable cities across India by connecting with the third-party service providers for pick-up and delivery partners that are responsible for pickup and delivery. For the pickup and delivery services and after completing the Tasks the response may take charge of the users of the Platform (Buyers or Merchants) as a service fee.

We are only operating an online marketplace and assume the role of facilitator, and we do not at any point in time during any transaction between Buyer and Merchant.

All of the payments that are made against the Orders or for the Services on the Platform by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees that will be acceptable in the Republic of India. We do not facilitate the transactions with the respect to any other form of the currency with respect to the Orders or Services made.

The services provided by the Merchants and it including but we are not getting responsible for serving of food Orders suiting your requirements and taste. The Merchant's services or services provided by a delivery boy are not being up to Buyer expectations or leading to any loss, harm or damage. The availability or unavailability of certain items on the menu is depending on merchants.
