Usually, we ship orders within 30min to 24hrs. from the time order was placed. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped we inform customer with the tracking details through notification. Post Dispatch, deliveries are done across India within 3 - 8 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events. 
•    Shipping Charges:
All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging is charged extra. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.
•    Packaging & Handling Charges:
We Procure specialize secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.
•    Returns:

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.
